COLCHUUCK: the denim-effect twill trousers designed for the valley

Some days are for climbing, others for coming back down: catching a train, heading to the office, stopping by a café terrace after a day out. COLCHUUCK is made for that part of the week, when you want trousers that hold their shape without looking like technical gear.

Twill that keeps its shape all day

The 255 g/m² twill fabric, made from recycled polyester and cotton, has the look and feel of denim and stays crisp without sagging at the knees after a few hours of sitting. The double front pleats shape the drape and give the trousers a dressier look than classic jeans.

Simple details, right where you need them

Two Italian front pockets, two patch pockets at the back, and belt loops that fit any belt. The embroidered logo on the front right pocket and the embroidery on the back right pocket add a signature touch without making these flashy branded trousers. Nothing unnecessary, just what you need every day.

A 255 g/m² twill made from 96% recycled materials, with no dye bath

COLCHUUCK’s fabric is a 255 g/m² twill made from 50% recycled polyester and 49% recycled cotton, for a total of 96% recycled materials in the finished pants. The cotton fibers come from both production offcuts, known as pre-consumer waste, and used clothing, known as post-consumer waste. This avoids relying on virgin cotton, by far the most water- and resource-intensive stage in making conventional pants.

Another concrete benefit: this fabric is never dyed. The fibers are sorted by color before spinning, completely eliminating the dye bath and the water, energy, and chemicals it requires. The color comes from the material itself.

Four pockets and pleats: the comfort of a reimagined five-pocket design

COLCHUUCK's layout follows the familiar design of everyday trousers, with a few tweaks. The two front Italian pockets remain easy to reach whether standing or sitting, and their angled openings let your hand slide in effortlessly. At the back, two patch pockets hold a phone or wallet without distorting the drape, thanks to the structure of the 255 g/m² twill.

The double front pleats aren't just for style: they allow greater freedom of movement across the upper thigh, which comes in handy when you're on your feet all day or making one trip after another. Belt loops complete the design, while the embroidery on the right front pocket and right back pocket remains discreet.

COLCHUUCK, the base layer for the valley

COLCHUUCK follows the same principle of simplicity: it's a base layer, worn directly against the skin and forming the foundation of an outfit. In the valley, in dry weather, it's all you need for most of the year. When the weather turns bad, pair it with waterproof overtrousers on top, or thermal tights underneath on the coldest days, without changing how it drapes.

Fit & support

Women's Regular Fit: a straight drape that doesn't cling

COLCHUUCK comes in a women's Regular Fit, with a straight cut that follows the silhouette without emphasizing it, neither tight nor loose. The double front pleats add a little room at the top of the thigh, making it comfortable to sit, drive, or climb stairs without the fabric pulling.

The belt loops let you adjust the fit at the waist depending on the season, with a slim belt in summer or a wider one over a tucked-in top. The 255 g/m² twill is sturdy enough to keep the pants looking sharp all day, in the city or while traveling, and works just as well with sneakers as with high-top shoes.

Coupe Regular

Coupe intermédiaire, ni ajustée ni ample, avec assez d'aisance à la taille et aux cuisses pour superposer une couche isolante en dessous. Le bas de jambe reste suffisamment large pour passer par-dessus une chaussure de ski ou d'alpinisme sans tirer sur le tissu.
