Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are free of charge and fully refunded within 30 days from the date of receipt. Beyond 30 days, return shipping costs are at your expense. If a return is made after 30 days, we will issue a refund in the form of a store credit (voucher).

To make a return, please follow the instructions below:

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

  1. Log in using the button in the top right corner with the email address used to place your order.

  2. Select the order number for which you wish to request a return. In the upper right corner, click on "Request a return."

  3. Choose the product(s) you wish to return.

  4. Select the reason for the return.

  5. For exchanges, please leave a comment in the box indicating which product you would like in exchange (don't forget to specify the size and color). Finally, click the "Request a return" button.

SHIPPING LABEL

An email containing your return label will be sent to you once your request has been accepted. Upon receipt of the returned product, and depending on your eligibility, you will receive either a refund, a store credit, or your exchange product will be shipped.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we will send you a confirmation email. You will then receive a follow-up email notifying you of either the refund, the store credit, or the shipment of your new product in the case of an exchange.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

YOU MAY TRY ON THE ITEMS

Items tried on to check the size are not considered worn. Please take great care of the garments while checking the size and fit.

MARKETPLACE OR PARTNER SITE PURCHASES

For items ordered via marketplace platforms, the return must be processed through the platform used to place the order. They will then contact us directly.
