The TEEREC t-shirt is inspired by this: its blend of fibers keeps you dry longer than pure cotton.

To enjoy your favorite activity whatever the weather, here's the basics: layers.

The first layer, called the internal layer, must be breathable, to guide perspiration towards the outside of the garment. It is to this last category that TEEREC belongs.

The intermediate layer is insulating, it helps retain heat.

The outer layer protects against bad weather: waterproof, breathable, windproof.

By building your outfit based on this system, you gain comfort and versatility. During exercise, you can remove the intermediate layer and then put it back on. In short, multi-layering is the basis.

Fabrication

We often like to say that we make our mountain clothing with you. Since the creation of Lagoped, we have constantly exchanged with professionals and enthusiasts to improve each piece. To equip yourself as well as possible, always with sustainability in mind. This is how our clothes are made:

The Yarn is made in Spain from recycled cotton and recycled polyester.

The jersey and ribbed edges are knitted in France (Picardie) before final assembly in Portugal.

Économie circulaire

To respect the environment and your health, Lagoped does not compromise on anything.

Here, the t-shirt yarn is more virtuous than conventional or organic cotton. Recycled cotton involves no fertilizer, no water consumption, no agricultural labor and less carbon consumption. The soils are either at rest or reserved for food agriculture. It's better that way, isn't it?

Concretely, 1 kg of recycled cotton makes it possible to make 6 t-shirts which will avoid:

- the cultivation of 10m² of arable land,

- the use of 15,000 liters of water (i.e. four months of 5-minute daily showers)

- the emission of 23kg of greenhouse gas emissions (around 200 km with a small petrol car)

- Yarn made in Spain from recycled cotton (r-COT) and recycled polyester (r-PET) (pre and post consumer).

- No dyeing and sorting of fibers by color.

Entretien

To respect the environment and make your t-shirt last, wash it in the machine on a short cycle and not too hot (30° or 40°C is enough), with a natural detergent. Dry it in the fresh air rather than in the washing machine.
