The GELINOTTE fleece is inspired by it: it serves as a mid layer, insulating you from the cold and regulating your temperature.

To enjoy your favorite activity whatever the weather, here are the basics: layers.

The first layer, known as the base layer, must be breathable to draw perspiration away from the body and toward the outside of the garment.

The mid layer is insulating and helps retain heat. PHANTOM belongs to this second category.

The outer layer protects you from the elements: waterproof, breathable, and windproof.

By building your outfit according to this system, you gain comfort and versatility. During exertion, you can remove the mid layer and put it back on when you stop. In short, layering is the foundation.

Manufacture

We often like to say that we make our mountain clothing with you. Since the creation of Lagoped, we have been constantly exchanging with professionals and enthusiasts to improve each piece. To equip you as best as possible, always with sustainability in mind.

If recycled fleece has been available for a long time, recycled fleece in Europe... Now that's innovative! Here, the polyester fibers come from the recycling of plastic bottles in Italy, then knitted in Spain near Barcelona before assembly in Portugal.

Your fleece is recycled from plastic bottles.

Composition

- Main fabric: 92% recycled polyester recycled in Portugal, 8% elastane made in Türkiye. Knitting and dyeing in Portugal.

- Insert: 78% ECONYL® recycled polyamide regenerated in Slovenia from nylon waste (fishing nets, fabric scraps and used carpets), 22% Lycra® XTRA-LIFE™ elastane made in Ireland. Knitting and dyeing in Italy.

Care

To take care of your GELINOTTE fleece, machine wash it at 30°C with regular detergent (not too much, and if it is eco-friendly, it's better!).

You don't need fabric softener or anything (bleach).

Then, a gentle spin and a normal rinse then air dry.
