The headband is not a part of the diaper system but as we lose a lot of heat through the head it is essential to cover it.

Always bring a hat or a beanie even in summer for bivouacs or slightly cool evenings.

GHEDBAND 70 is less warm than wool and will ventilate better if you need to make an effort in the cold.

Fabrication

We often like to say that we make our mountain clothing with you. Since the creation of Lagoped, we have constantly exchanged with professionals and enthusiasts to improve each piece.

To equip yourself as well as possible, always with sustainability in mind. This is how our clothes are made:

The Yarn is made in Spain from recycled cotton and recycled polyester. Without dye.

The micro-fleece is made in Italy from recycled polyester.

The knitting and assembly are carried out in Italy.

Économie circulaire

To respect the environment and your health, Lagoped does not compromise on anything.

Here, the headband thread is more virtuous than conventional or organic cotton. Recycled cotton involves no fertilizer, no water consumption, no agricultural labor and less carbon consumption.

As there is no agriculture involved, the soils are either dormant or reserved for food agriculture. It's better that way, isn't it?

Composition

- Yarn made in Spain from 42% recycled cotton (r-COT pre-consumer), 55% recycled polyester (r-PET) (post-consumer plastic bottles) and 3% other fibers.

- No dyeing and sorting of fibers by color.

- Microfleece band: 100% recycled polyester (r-PET) from plastic bottles (Italy)

Entretien

To respect the environment and make your headband last, wash it in the machine on a short cycle and not too hot (30°C is enough), with a natural detergent. Dry it in the fresh air rather than in the washing machine.

Little info: the use you make of your clothes and mainly washing represent 14% of the environmental impact of your clothes.
