We often like to say that we make our mountain essentials with you. Since Lagoped was founded, we have been in constant dialogue with professionals and enthusiasts to improve every piece.

Here, we went looking for treasures among our webbing manufacturers in France: we found these two magnificent stripes in dormant stock.

The webbing comes from dormant French stock, discovered at our webbing manufacturers.
The polyamide yarn is dyed in Haute-Vienne.
The webbing is braided in the Loire.

Making it an entirely French product, from yarn to belt.

Circular economy

The LAGOBELT2 strap comes from dormant stock: rolls that had already been woven but never used, and had been sitting for years at our manufacturers in France. By giving them a second life instead of weaving a new strap, we avoid producing new material and make use of stock that would otherwise remain unused.

That is how the two stripes on the LAGOBELT2 came about—a find among these French reserves, inevitably available in a limited edition.
