Damn, we missed the sales

The 2024 winter sales end on February 6, and during this period we didn’t have much to tell you: no crossed-out prices, no big promotions, no rock-bottom prices (even though we like thrills). Yet, many of you asked us about it—and we understand.

The fairest price we found is the one we apply all year round.

At Lagoped, sales have never started. Why? Because the fairest price we found is the one we apply all year round. Let us explain:

1- Sourcing our materials and manufacturing in Europe costs 5 to 15 times more than production in Asia, so our costs and margins are not the same.

2- Because we ensure our customers fair pay for those who made their clothes in Europe. All the artisans in the chain: designers, pattern makers, finishers, spinners, knitters, weavers, dyers, manufacturing workshops are paid according to their expertise.

3- Having sales also means clearing out collections that become obsolete and out of fashion. At Lagoped, no collections; we stick to the goal of creating an essential wardrobe, timeless pieces improved over time. We still love the EVE jacket, so why reinvent it?

4- And finally, and above all, Nature is not on sale. We do not want to encourage overconsumption. Even though we do not use nature to make our clothes and promote circularity, we do not want to push you to buy when it is not necessary.
