Understanding climate change in mountains
Climate change in mountains: the booklet to understand everything
This is an achievement of which CREA Mont-Blanc can be proud! Published as part of the CLIMB high-altitude environment monitoring project, the booklet “ Mountains and climate change. “ Disorientated nature ” presents the results of our research in an attractive and accessible way to understand everything about climate change in the mountains using the example of Mont-Blanc.
CREA Mont-Blanc is a Research Center on Altitude Ecosystems. It is a scientific NGO whose mission is to explore the impact of climate change on biodiversity and to share this knowledge with decision-makers and citizens. An expert in alpine ecology and data science, CREA Mont-Blanc has put participatory science at the heart of its approach by associating researchers, decision-makers and the general public with its observatory of mountain biodiversity and climate change.
