Did you know ? The ptarmigan - our totem animal - changes its plumage depending on the seasons. It turns white in winter to escape predators and increases the fluffiness of its feathers to avoid cold snaps.

The SWEAREC sweatshirt is inspired by this: it acts as an intermediate layer, the one that insulates you from the cold and regulates heat.

To enjoy your favorite activity whatever the weather, here's the basics: layers.

- The first layer, called internal, must be breathable, to guide perspiration towards the outside of the garment.

- The intermediate layer is insulating, it helps retain heat. It is to this second category that SWEAREC belongs.

- The outer layer protects against bad weather: waterproof, breathable, windproof.

By building your outfit based on this system, you gain comfort and versatility. During exercise, you can remove the intermediate layer and then put it back on. In short, multi-layering is the basis.

Circular economy

To respect the environment and your health, Lagoped does not compromise on anything.

This sweatshirt is entirely recycled and made from A to Z in the European Union. Cotton fibers are re-assembled with recycled polyester fibers. A touch of recycled elastane is added to give flexibility to the fleece and increase comfort.

And since the fibers are sorted by color, there is no dyeing and a big saving in water.

Care

To respect the environment and make your sweatshirt last, wash it in the machine on a short cycle and not too hot (30°C is enough), with a natural detergent. Dry it in the fresh air rather than in the washing machine.
