Product Development Internship

We focus the internship on two main categories of tasks
“PROJECT” tasks, independently, to help us raise our standards in terms of quality and environmental commitments
“DEV” tasks, in collaboration with the product developer, to design future Lagoped products

“Project” Tasks
Set up quality monitoring of our materials / trims
Collect material samples
Set up a mini lab: waterproofing, water repellency, abrasion, etc.
Launch tests & analysis
Create a material specifications document

Participate in improving the quality standard of our products
Analyze customer feedback & athlete tests
Write a quality charter & finalize a graphic charter for the factories
Propose a warranty table

Conduct a study on dyeing products at Lagoped
Review alternatives to traditional “bath” dyeing
Identify impact reduction levers & discuss their feasibility with our suppliers

“Dev” Task
Support in the development of the SS26 & FW26 collections
Participate in weekly product meetings
Participate in sourcing materials & secondary components
Participate in creating technical files & tracking samples

Profile with a Bac+3 to Bac+5 level from a specialized Master’s degree program
in Textile/Fashion/Clothing.

Rigor, organizational skills, and good interpersonal skills are your greatest assets.

You are always looking for solutions and are not afraid to test and continuously train yourself on new tools.

You have proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as computer skills.

You are passionate about outdoor sports (hiking, skiing, climbing, sailing, cycling,
etc.) and have a strong sensitivity to environmental issues.

6-month internship, based in Annecy.

Desired start from March.
