Salesperson (permanent contract) in Chamonix

As a salesperson, your main missions consist of:

• Welcome, advise and build customer loyalty .
  
• Approach the customer experience in the form of support to identify their expectations and guide them correctly according to their sporting practice (climbing, mountaineering, skiing, etc.) or other use.
• Master the history of the brand and the technical specificities of the clothing while transmitting its values.
• Ensure the storage and perfect maintenance of the store and the reserve.
• Ensure receipt of goods and carry out shelving steps (labeling, placement of anti-theft devices, bending).
• Manage cash collection .

You're interested in the world of outdoor activities and the brand's values resonate with you. We believe that to sell our products, it's essential to embody the commitments that have shaped Lagoped's strong identity. A passion for mountain sports and a keen awareness of the mountain environment are key assets.

You have at least six months of experience in sales, ideally in the sports industry. You are proactive, enthusiastic, and caring, with the ability to take initiative.

You have strong interpersonal and listening skills , both with your clients and your colleagues. You will be working with two colleagues on a daily basis. Team spirit and communication are essential for good team cohesion. Enjoying your work is also important!

Chamonix welcomes an international clientele, so a B2 level of English is required for this position.

Permanent contract based in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Arrival desired as soon as possible.
