UIAGM Mountain Guide
Born in Grenoble in Isère, the line of my horizon has always been drawn by mountains.
If my studies as a construction engineer took me to more or less exotic destinations (Aix-en-Provence, Jamaica), my passion for climbing made me discover mountaineering and the world of high mountains in my early twenties.
This passion quickly became all-consuming and I decided to leave my job in public works after a few years to become a mountain guide.
My head is filled with dreams of travel and all kinds of sports projects. I get my diploma and become a guide in 2022 and a canyoning instructor in 2023.
ACTIVITIES
My job ?
Since the beginning of my professional career, I have discovered a real attraction to teaching and have oriented my practice towards transmission: that of my mountain know-how and my values.
The transmission and the quest for Adventure in the broad sense of the term lead me to discover the associative environment, in particular via the associations LeadtheClimb, Girlstothetop but also En Passant Par la Montagne with which I have the chance to share the inclusive mountain with very diverse audiences.
“Vertigo, a step towards freedom”
In 2021, as an aspiring guide, I have the immense chance to participate in the adventure "Vertigo, a step towards freedom" through which we went to the summit of Mont Blanc with three detainees from the Bourg-en-Bresse detention center and their companions. This magnificent adventure gave rise to an eponymous documentary broadcast on Canal+.
This adventure continues in 2024 to follow the reintegration of the three prisoners from the first opus through the discovery of Reunion Island through its peaks. This second opus will give rise to a new documentary to be released in 2025.
What do adventure and the mountains represent?
My passion for Adventure also takes me to the world of the sea and sailing. The Mediterranean Sea, the Norwegian fjords, the oceans become in my eyes wonderful playgrounds with great potential for combining activities by mixing sailing with skiing, climbing, ice climbing, mountaineering...
In the fall of 2023, with 5 guide friends, we went to discover the Phu Valley in western Nepal. After 5 weeks of expedition, we returned with the opening of two virgin peaks of more than 6000m as well as the first ski ascent of a very wild 7000. From this Adventure is drawn aarticle published in Montagne Magazinefrom January 2024 and a film titled "Ratna" which will be published by the end of 2024.
For me, the Mountain represents the best way to share intense emotions and to allow everyone to meet themselves. To meet oneself to know oneself better, to learn to live one's emotions, to understand one's own sensations, one's fears, one's joys, to know the limits of our bodies.

Why the Lagoped Family?
I share these values with the Lagoped Family, which is why I am very proud and happy to be part of it!
Participating in promoting this wonderful dynamic of the Lagoped Family, what more could you ask for?!
A human-sized, French team, attentive and with strong social and environmental values!
The little extra: these are hard-wearing and elegant clothes that I can wear just as easily in the mountains as in the city!
