Walk to Heal: Participate in the next Lagoped writing workshop
"He who does not walk leaves no trace," said George Wolinski.
One thought before another, a delicious freedom. There is walking and the walking of the heart along a path or an inner journey.
Write about our back roads, our shortcuts, or our winding paths. Rub shoulders with the seasons like old friends and no longer consider time an enemy. The paths on the high slopes rise or the roads, adorned with pine trees marking the coastal paths, descend. Capture the breath of the wind, the surge of an idea, the presence of a moment.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to freedom. Whatever your approach, whatever scars you may have, whatever secrets you may be hiding, we invite you to heal the wounds.

Lagoped: clothing inspired by the mountains.
Writing workshop facilitator, passionate about words—yours, mine, and those of others. I guide your writing so that it finds meaning, emotion, and sometimes even a reason for being, here, or elsewhere, in your inner depths.
Captivated by the mountains, prose as an escape, and rhymes as a condition. Enamored with writing and poetry, I love evoking what is perceptible through the prism of an open heart or a vast imagination. But above all, I like to listen, share, observe. Immerse myself in the moment, suspend time.
