Layer system

Did you know? The ptarmigan—our totem animal—changes its plumage according to the seasons. It turns white in winter to escape predators and fluffs up its feathers to avoid the cold. The GANGA t-shirt is inspired by this: its fiber blend keeps you dry for a long time and ensures the comfort of stretch.
To enjoy your favorite activity no matter the weather, here’s the basics: layering.
The first layer, called the base layer, must be breathable to wick sweat away from the body. This is the category the GANGA t-shirt belongs to.
The middle layer is insulating, helping to retain heat.
The outer layer protects against the elements: waterproof, breathable, windproof. By building your outfit according to this system, you gain comfort and versatility. During activity, you can remove the middle layer and put it back on when resting.
In short, layering is fundamental.

Manufacture

We often say that we make our mountain clothing with you. Since the creation of Lagoped, we have been constantly exchanging with professionals and enthusiasts to improve each piece. To equip you in the best way, always keeping durability in mind. Here, we favored Econyl, an innovative and responsible material made from nylon waste. The material is recycled from old fishing nets, fabric scraps... The yarn comes from Slovenia, the material is woven and dyed in Italy, then assembled in Lithuania.

Circular economy

To respect the environment and your health, Lagoped compromises on nothing.
- Regenerated polyamide yarn from Slovenia. The regenerated nylon is made entirely from nylon waste (including fishing nets, fabric scraps, and used carpets).
- The elastane comes from Ireland. It is not yet recycled. But we are working with our suppliers to improve our swimsuit in the future.
- Woven and recolored in Italy.
- Assembled in Lithuania.

Composition

- 83% recycled polyamide (r-PA)
- 17% elastane (EA)
- 110g/m²

Care

To take care of your GANGA t-shirt, wash it in the machine at 30°C with regular detergent (not too much, and if it's eco-friendly, even better!).
You don't need fabric softener or anything else (no bleach). Then, use a gentle spin cycle and a normal rinse, followed by air drying.

Lagoped guarantees

- Clothing guaranteed for 5 years and repairable

- Repairs possible and even free of charge in the event of a defect or premature wear
