You can judge a T-shirt after three months: after days spent walking around the city, train rides and a dozen washes, it either holds its shape or becomes pajamas. DOVE SAUVAGE was designed for the former.

A dense knit that stands the test of time

Its 220 g/m2 polyester-cotton jersey is noticeably thicker than that of a standard T-shirt. In practice, it hangs straight without clinging, doesn’t become see-through after several machine washes, and keeps its shape at the neckline thanks to a ribbed trim knitted from the same material. Made from 98% recycled polyester and cotton fibers, it avoids the use of virgin materials.

Subtle details, designed for everyday wear

The logo is discreetly placed on the chest, while the water-print graphic covers the back—a technique that keeps the fabric soft to the touch instead of applying a rigid panel. Crew neck, straight fit, 145 g on the scale: a piece you can throw on without a second thought, whether exploring the city or traveling.

Most T-shirts on the market weigh around 140 to 160 g/m². DOVE SAUVAGE weighs in at 220 g/m², and you can feel the difference as soon as you pick it up: the fabric is substantial, it doesn’t let light through, and it holds its shape instead of stretching out at the elbows and neckline. It’s the kind of detail that separates a T-shirt you keep for three years from one you replace every season. This density comes from a yarn made of 98% recycled polyester and cotton, spun in Spain and then knitted in France. The trade-off is that it’s not the lightest fabric to pack: for a technical T-shirt for strenuous activity, opt instead for our lightweight recycled polyamide jerseys.

Water-print on the back: a design that stays soft to the touch

Run your hand over the back of the T-shirt: you feel the fabric, not the design. Water-print ink penetrates the knit instead of leaving a plastic layer on the surface, unlike a classic flock print that eventually cracks and peels off after a few washes. The garment stays breathable across its entire surface, including under a backpack, and the design ages with the fabric rather than against it. The same principle applies to the front: the logo is reduced to a discreet chest print, with no added patch or scratchy label. A 145 g T-shirt you can wear around town or while traveling and wash without any special care.

DOVE SAUVAGE acts as the base layer, the first layer, worn next to the skin. Its polycotton jersey feels soft and stays comfortable all day, whether exploring the city or traveling. When the weather turns cooler, add a second insulating layer, such as a fleece or lightweight puffer jacket, then a windproof, waterproof outer layer. Three layers to add or remove throughout the day, just as the rock ptarmigan adjusts its plumage.

DOVE SAUVAGE is cut in a straight, regular fit for women. The garment follows the silhouette without feeling tight: it falls loosely over the shoulders and hips, and the heavyweight knit gives it a clean drape rather than a close-fitting look. The crew neck, trimmed with ribbing in the same fabric, keeps its shape even after being pulled over your head many times.

Wear it on its own or as a second layer
