Layer system

Did you know ? The ptarmigan - our totem animal - changes its plumage depending on the seasons. It turns white in winter to escape predators and increases the fluffiness of its feathers to avoid cold snaps.

The JULEECE fleece is inspired by this: it plays the role of an intermediate layer, the one that insulates you from the cold and regulates heat.

To enjoy your favorite activity whatever the weather, here's the basics: layers.

The first layer, called the internal layer, must be breathable, to guide perspiration towards the outside of the garment.

The intermediate layer is insulating, it helps retain heat. It is to this second category that JULEECE belongs.

The outer layer protects against bad weather: waterproof, breathable, windproof.

By building your outfit based on this system, you gain comfort and versatility. During exercise, you can remove the intermediate layer and then put it back on. In short, multi-layering is the basis.

Manufacture

We often like to say that we make our mountain clothing with you. Since the creation of Lagoped, we have constantly exchanged with professionals and enthusiasts to improve each piece. To equip yourself as well as possible, always with sustainability in mind.

If recycled fleece has been available for a long time, recycled fleece in Europe... That's innovative! Here, the polyester fibers come from the recycling of plastic bottles in Italy, then knitted in Spain near Barcelona before being assembled in Poland.

To respect the environment and your health, Lagoped does not compromise on anything.

Your fleece is recycled from plastic bottles.

Composition

- 92% recycled polyester (r-PET) from plastic bottles (Italy)

- 8% elastane (EA) (South Korea)

Care

To take care of your JULEECE fleece, machine wash it at 30°C with regular detergent (not too much, and if it is eco-friendly, even better!).

You don't need fabric softener or anything (bleach).

Then, gently spin and rinse normally, then dry in the fresh air.

Veste idéale pour une pratique du Telemark, du ski ou du snowboard freeride.
La coupe est vraiment top. La veste descend assez bas pour une bonne protection.
La capuche est vraiment grande du coup on peut la mettre sur le casque si la météo n’est vraiment pas bonne. La grande poche sur le devant est très pratique pour ranger du matos au sec comme les gants, le masque …
Et en plus le look est absolument très réussi.
