PEAK UP 2025: A WEEKEND OF SKI TOURING AND STEEP SLOPE SKIING AT THE DRAYÈRES REFUGE
Join us from April 11 to 13, 2025 for a new edition of PEAK UP, a weekend to improve your steep slope skiing, in partnership with Lagoped, ZAG, and PETZL.
This year, the main theme will be mountain safety and first aid. Enjoy two days immersed in the Clarée valley to learn, improve, and share unique moments in the heart of nature.
Arrival at the refuge in the afternoon
Evening briefing
Equipment loan for the weekend: ZAG skis
8am: Briefing and group assignments (based on each person's level and expectations)
9am: Departure from the refuge for a day of ski touring and steep slope skiing
12pm: Mountain picnic
3:30pm: Return to the refuge
4pm: Safety and first aid training led by mountain doctors and rescuers
6pm: Apéritif and day debrief
7pm: Dinner
8pm: Film screening
8am: Briefing and group assignments
9am: Departure from the refuge for a new day in the mountains
12pm: Outdoor picnic
4pm: Return to the refuge and end of the weekend

🎒 Backpack with avalanche transceiver + shovel + probe
⛏️ Mountain gear: helmet, crampons, harness, ice axe, rope, rope loops, carabiners, belay system, prusik. Bring your own gear to train with it!
On your own, from Névache, allow about 3 hours of ascent.
