Large Route Climbing School - LA BASE
Objective: I learn the basics of climbing on large equipped routes
- Evolution techniques, knots, ropes, relays.
- Descent techniques, abseiling.
- Risk management: I recognize the dangers (conditions, weather and fatigue).
- I prepare (bag, weather, conditions) and complete a long route.
Levels: I practice climbing indoors or on a one-pitch outdoor cliff. I climb at the head of routes 5a/b.
Location to be defined depending on conditions.
4/6 people maximum per guide. Departure from 3 people

The day includes supervision in partnership with the Grenoble Guides office by a professional qualified mountain guide.
The training also includes:
- During the outing: give you the keys to managing the schedule.
- The end of outing debriefing. A look back at the day and security management.
