The HOODEECE fleece is inspired by it: it acts as a mid layer, insulating you from the cold and regulating your body heat.

To enjoy your favorite activity whatever the weather, here is the ABCs: layers.

The first layer, known as the base layer, must be breathable to guide perspiration to the outside of the garment.

The mid layer is insulating and helps retain warmth. HOODEECE belongs to this second category.

The outer layer protects against the elements: waterproof, breathable, windproof.

By building your outfit according to this system, you gain comfort and versatility. During exertion, you can remove the mid layer and put it back on when you stop. In short, layering is the foundation.

Manufacture

We often like to say that we make our mountain clothing with you. Since the creation of Lagoped, we have constantly exchanged with professionals and enthusiasts to improve each piece. To equip yourself as well as possible, always with sustainability in mind.

If recycled fleece has been available for a long time, recycled fleece in Europe... That's innovative! Here, the polyester fibers come from the recycling of plastic bottles in Italy, then knitted in Spain near Barcelona before being assembled in Hungary.

Circular economy

To protect the environment and your health, Lagoped compromises on nothing. The fleece contains no fluorinated compounds.

It is recycled from plastic bottles and scraps from rugs and carpets.

Composition

- Fleece knitted in Spain (240g/m²) :

- 92% Recycled polyester (r-PET) from plastic bottles (Italy)

- 8% Elastane (EA) (South Korea)

- Woven stretch panel made in Spain (180g/m²):

- 71% Recycled polyamide (r-PA) - yarn made in Slovenia from polyamide waste (used carpets, fabric scraps, fishing nets...)

- 18% Polyamide (PA) - made in Israel

- 11% Elastane (EA) - made in South Korea and Japan

- Fabrics made and dyed in Spain

Care

To take care of your HOODEECE fleece, machine wash it at 30°C with regular detergent (not too much, and if it is eco-friendly, even better!).

You don't need fabric softener or anything (bleach).

Then, gently spin and rinse normally, then dry in the fresh air.
