SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Delivery Times:

Orders to the United Kingdom are generally delivered within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch via UPS Express Saver.

Shipping Costs:

• Home Delivery (DDP) - £10.00 for orders under £249.99
• Home Delivery (DDP) - Free for orders over £250.00

Customs Duties & Taxes:

Our online prices include all taxes and customs duties. There are no additional fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking:

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track your package in real-time.

Carriers:

We work with reliable carriers to ensure the delivery of your orders to the UK.

Returns:

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return for any unused and unworn item. Lagoped provides a full refund for items returned within 30 days; after this period, we will issue a store credit. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the desired item.
