DOVE150 ONE falls into the second category: a day exploring an unfamiliar city, an overnight bus ride, or the trip home after a weekend away when all you want is something clean and comfortable against your skin.

Polycotton jersey made for frequent wear

The blend of 55% recycled polyester and 45% recycled cotton makes a 155 g/m² jersey that retains cotton’s soft feel while drying faster than 100% cotton. In practical terms, a T-shirt washed in a hostel sink in the evening will be ready to wear the next morning, and the fabric wrinkles much less at the bottom of a bag.

Ribbed collar and water-print designs

The crew neck is finished with ribbing knitted from the same material, helping it keep its shape after a few washes. The designs are printed using water-print, a water-based technique that stays flexible on the fabric instead of forming a stiff patch on the chest.

At 155 g/m², DOVE150 ONE is a lightweight jersey, far from the thick 200 g/m² knits that make you warm as soon as you pick up the pace. The entire T-shirt weighs 152 g, about the same as an apple, and rolls up easily into a corner of your travel bag. This lightweight fabric also performs well in use: the recycled polyester and cotton blend dries faster than cotton alone and smooths out on a hanger in just a few minutes. If you're looking for a denser knit for cooler days, opt for a base layer with a higher fabric weight.

97% recycled materials and zero dye: sorting fibers by color

Most T-shirts get their color in a dye bath, the most water- and energy-intensive step in the textile supply chain. DOVE150 ONE avoids it entirely: recycled cotton and polyester fibers are sorted by color before being spun, and the shade comes from the blend itself. No dye bath, no discharge, and colorfastness that doesn’t depend on pigment applied to the surface. The T-shirt is made with 97% recycled materials, including cotton sourced from both production scraps and used clothing, as well as recycled polyester. The yarn is ECOLIFE certified, a certification that covers the traceability of the recycled polyester used.
