The Lagoped warranty

At Lagoped, we firmly believe that our mountain clothing has a second life (or even a third or fourth).

If you encounter a small problem with your Lagoped garment, we invite you to contact us to repair your garment rather than throw it away.

What does the Lagoped warranty cover

IS MY REPAIR COVERED BY WARRANTY?

5-year warranty: manufacturing defects (seams, logos, snaps). Full coverage (transport included via Chrono label).


2-year warranty: zipper problems.
Repair carried out by our partner Greenwolf (shipping costs at the customer's expense, unless recently purchased within 6 months).


Special cases:

  • Waterproofing : diagnosis at Greenwolf (customer shipping costs).
  • Snags/Wear : not covered by warranty, but we have a paid repair solution.
