GHEADBAND: the fleece-lined jacquard headband that keeps your ears warm

Some outings call for something between a beanie that’s too much and a bare head that’s too exposed: an early-morning climb, a long route in the shade, a windy lakeshore. That’s exactly where the GHEADBAND comes in: 50 grams on your head that you forget about after the first few steps.

A fleece-lined jacquard that’s warm without being stifling

The outer layer is knitted in jacquard from a blend of recycled polyester and cotton that holds its shape outing after outing. Inside, a 100% recycled polyester lining softens the feel and traps a little warm air—just enough to protect your ears without making your forehead sweat on the way up.

An accessory for every activity

Mountaineering, climbing, hiking, skiing and snowboarding, sailing, city commutes: it slips into a jacket pocket, can be adjusted with one hand under a helmet, and works just as well on its own as under a hood.

PERFORMANCES

Recycled polyester fleece lining throughout the interior

A headband lined with recycled fleece in a jacquard pattern

The GHEADBAND 70 covers the forehead and ears, the areas that get cold first, while letting the top of your head breathe where a beanie would make you sweat on the uphill. It’s lined with recycled polyester fleece, made and dyed in Italy: a double layer that traps a layer of air and feels soft against your forehead. The outer layer is jacquard-knit from a yarn made of 55% recycled polyester and 42% recycled cotton, whose fibers are sorted by color before spinning: the pattern is created using the fibers’ original colors, without dyeing. The headband weighs 50 g and is knitted in Italy, so it slips under a hood or a helmet.

Stretch knit and color-sorted fibers: instant comfort, less dyeing

The outer knit combines 55% recycled polyester and 42% recycled cotton, a blend that offers both resilience and softness. Its stretch allows the headband to fit different head sizes and stay in place on a ski descent or while rappelling, with no added elastic or adjustable fastening.

Choosing recycled cotton has another, less visible benefit: the fibers are sorted by color before spinning, making it possible to achieve the anthracite shade without a dye bath. One less step means saving water, energy, and chemicals on an accessory worn season after season.

Fit & support

A unisex headband that stays in place without squeezing

The GHEADBAND is a unisex design made to cover your forehead and ears without compressing your temples. The jacquard knit stretches and returns to shape after each time you put it on, preventing the constricted feeling after two hours of climbing and keeping the headband from riding up in the first gust of wind.

Wear it on its own or under a helmet

It’s thin enough to fit under a ski or climbing helmet without creating pressure points, and it also slips under the hood of a mountain jacket. On the way back down, pull it up into your hair or tuck it into a pocket. It weighs just 50 grams and takes up no space in your pack.

SIZE GUIDE

Make your equipment last
