SOWA Unisex Cap

The SOWA cap can be recognized by:

The cap is not part of the layering system, but it protects you from the sun's rays, and dries very quickly as soon as perspiration occurs.

We often like to say that we make our mountain clothing with you. Since Lagoped was founded, we've been constantly collaborating with professionals and enthusiasts to improve each piece. To equip you in the best possible way, always with durability in mind.

Here, they favored Econyl, an innovative and responsible material made from nylon waste. The material is recycled from old fishing nets, fabric scraps, etc. The yarn comes from Slovenia, the material is woven and dyed in Spain, and then the assembly is done in Poland.

As for the visor: it was quite a challenge, the result of two years of research! We explored several avenues in Europe, using materials ranging from cardboard to foam, and consulting with manufacturers of bibs and packaging products. We finally succeeded in developing our ideal product: a flexible visor, custom-made in France with a binder manufacturer, and 80% recycled and 100% recyclable.

- Regenerated polyamide yarn from Slovenia. Regenerated nylon is made entirely from nylon waste (including fishing nets, fabric scraps and used carpets).
- Woven and dyed in Spain
- Assembled in Poland and treated with a water-repellent finish without fluorinated compounds (PFC-free).
- Visor made from recycled polypropylene, manufactured in France, in the Rhone-Alpes region

- 14% Elastane (EA) - Made in South Korea and Japan
